Mini Games are always fun if they are made well, fetch quests are surprisingly hard to stop after just one and Monster High: Ghoul Spirit combines both of those into one entertaining game.Skultimate Roller Maze IS one of the better DS games released in 2012, so gamers looking for a fix on that system might find a temporary one here, but I think most Monster High fans and gamers alike will want something a little more in-depth that what is presented here. On the other hand, the handheld versions use the second screen to provide the player with additional information on the current competition's stats. The diary is a useful tool for players to keep track of their relationships with both students and teachers. Different actions and accomplishments will affect their rise to spooky stardom, making Monster High Ghoul Spirit a different experience every time they play on the Wii or Nintendo DS. I will say this though – I’m an experienced gamer and know my Wii controls inside and out, so it was very easy for me to play this game.

Monsters new to the campus will embrace all their freaky flaws in seven brand-new episodes that have been created especially for the first-ever Monster High video-game experience. It is possible the two are not the same area of Monster High, though, since the stage in the webisodes sometimes does and sometimes doesn't feature a runway. You have very limited options for your main character’s appearance and a lot of the graphics in the game are blocky, jagged and have little to no texture. While there are LOTS of racing games out there, I can’t think of any that look, feel or have remotely the same theme as this. Once or twice my girlfriend had the bat disappear on her and after fiddling with the game, I discovered it was because somehow her active quest was turned off so there was no place for the bat to guide her.
