Reds are always super difficult to compare, so I hope you can forgive me if the comparisons are not 100 percent clear. I don't think I would use this color in the future for a full bottom coat, but I think it will be a great addition to my nail art supplies as a secondary or supplemental color. I found your blog a while ago and I just love it <3 red is my favorite nail color (so basic I know lol) but Laquered Up is truly my favorite of all time!

I must admit, I did see some differences in real life when I was doing this comparison, but they were very small. The picture is made in my new lighting setup, but it’s very close to ‘A list’ and ‘Maki me happy’, although the pictures look like it is closer to really red and aperitif. The shade is a deep red with pink undertones, darker than Forever yummy but lighter than Bordeaux (coming up next). In bright light the color looks like a true fire-engine red, and in lower light it appears to be a deeper wine color.
